Guests often appreciate the convenient central Brighton location, close to the beach and pier. The rooms, while sometimes noted as small, are generally considered nicely decorated and comfortable, often featuring comfortable beds and tea and coffee facilities. Some guests have occasionally noticed a sewage smell from the bathroom area. The hotel's easy access to the city center and nearby amenities, along with features like a big TV and a steamer instead of an iron, contribute to a pleasant stay for many.

The bath was perfect. It really reminded me of a blissful retreat. everything we needed was close by. the beach was basically right on the doorstep. That was so convenient.
the room was a decent size though the decor was a little dated.

Acceptable Stay but Some Issues

inconsistent water pressure no hot water
The water pressure in the bathroom was really inconsistent. There was no hot water in the tap, only cold water came out. The shower went from cold to hot to cold again, then it just stopped completely while i was showering. I think it's because my room was on the top floor, and when other guests used their water, the pressure in my room got so low that it stopped altogether. This happened every day.
